Sabrina's Skin Care Routine for Acne

Hi there. My name is Sabrina and I'm really excited to share with you guys my personal skincare routine and my all natural acne products that helped me clear up my acne. Over the past few years, I've struggled with congestion and breakouts along my chin and my jawline area. Amid that frustration, I booked a facial and that's when I was first introduced to Epicuren.

With the combination of using a consistent skincare routine and making diet changes, I've really seen a big improvement in the overall health of my skin.

Step 1 - Crystal Clear Eye Makeup Remover

The first step of my nighttime routine is to melt away my eye makeup. I'm going to use the Crystal Clear Eye Makeup Remover. It's really easy to use and works on some of the toughest mascaras. I apply just a small amount with my fingers.

I gently massage the product around my entire eye area, allowing the product to lift and remove the makeup. If you wear waterproof mascara or need to remove your lash glue, just give yourself a little extra massage to ensure everything is removed. The texture of this feels velvety smooth and it's my go-to makeup remover because it contains peptides to help stimulate lash growth and Vitamin K for dark circles and under-eye puffiness.

To remove, I'm going to use a damp cotton square and gently go around my eye area. Your eyes are very delicate, so always make sure to treat this part of your skin extra gently.

Step 2 - Clarify Cleanser

Once my eye makeup is removed, I'm going to cleanse my face using the Clarify Cleanser. I apply a few pumps into my hands and work it into a lather, then thoroughly massage it onto my face and neck. This is a gentle exfoliating cleanser that works great for morning or nighttime use. This helps remove my makeup without drying out my skin. It contains salicylic acid, which helps dissolve oil and unclog pores and aloe leaf juice for a boost of hydration. Now to remove, I would rinse at home over a sink, but for now, I'm going to remove gently with a damp towel.

Step 3 - Clarify Polishing Mask

Okay. Now I'm going to exfoliate my skin with the Clarify Polishing Mask. This is a two in one best enzyme exfoliator and a mask. I'm going to put a small amount into my hands and gently work into my skin for about 10 seconds. It has bentonite clay and Jojoba beads that all work together to thoroughly clean my pores and slob away dull, flaky skin. There's also a tea tree to help soothe and calm any redness.

I'm going to let this mask sit for about five to seven minutes and let it really soak into my pores. Then I will remove with a lukewarm damp towel. I use the scrub two times a week and sometimes it can even be used as a cleanser.

Step 4 - Soothe Dermal Repair Mist

Next, I'm going to tone my skin using the Soothe Dermal Repair Mist. Toning is super important because it balances the Ph levels of your skin, helping to absorb the yummy nutrients from your serums and moisturizers. I like this mist because it helps calm any redness in my skin. One of its key ingredients is a mushroom extract, which has been clinically proven to soothe inflammation.

Step 4 - Moisture Surge Hyaluronic Acid Gel

Next, I'm going to use one of my favorite products. This is the Moisture Surge Hyaluronic Acid Gel. This is my skin savior because it gives me immediate results when I need it. It's a hydrating booster that I use before my moisturizer. It comes out as a gel and I gently tap into my skin, paying extra attention to my driest areas. This product is awesome because it's oil-free and I can even use it over my breakouts. It contains hyaluronic acid, which is a natural humectant, so it's deeply hydrating and it gives my skin a rejuvenated glow.

Step 5 - Brazilian Propolis Lotion

For the grand finale. I'm going to moisturize my skin using the Brazilian Propolis Lotion. Propolis really helps my skin because it's both soothing and antibacterial. I'm going to apply it, three pumps in my hands and massage it into my skin. Again, making sure to bring the product down to my neck and even my chest if I have extra. I definitely want my neck to look as happy and healthy as my face so I make sure to not forget my neck. This moisturizer has propolis extract, which comes from the honeybee and is packed with nourishing immune-boosting properties and helps fight bacteria. This makes it a great choice for acne-prone skin types.

And that completes my Epicuren skincare routine. If you have any questions about any of the products that we used in this video, go ahead and leave a comment below and thank you for watching.
