- Hello there, yes you can use this lotion on the body. Please use the same precautions wherever you apply it. You may be more sensitive to the sun, should only use it in the evenings and start slow 1-3x a week :)
- Is it normal for this to cause a burn/ itch sensation after applying? The irritation goes away within 5 minutes or so but I'm wondering if this is too harsh for my skin.
- Hello there, yes this is normal. The glycolic acid is a chemical exfoliant so when you apply it, it gently exfoliates your skin and boosts cell turnover, mimicking the rate of youthful skin. You should use this 1-3x a week to start. Once you build your skin up enough you can also transition from the 5% Glycolic Lotion Peel to the 10%. Hope this helps :)
