Strengthen and Rebuild Vegan Serum Concentrate - After toner application, apply a dime size amount over the entire face and décolleté.  Best results can be found using this after the Epicuren Rebalance and Rewind Vegan Collagen Toner. Use morning and night. Follow with moisturizer and sunscreen.
