Where are Epicuren® products made?

Epicuren® is a family owned and operated business located in Laguna Hills, CA. All of our products are crafted locally in the great state of CA, U.S.A.

What is Epicuren®’s philosophy when formulating products?

Epicuren® deeply understands the importance of what we expose to the planet and ourselves. Decades of research have been performed in delivering the most cutting edge formulas available in the cleanest and most natural way possible. We stand by our philosophy in never compromising the quality of the products and their ability to provide astounding results.

How does Epicuren® participate in green business practices and eco sustainability?

Epicuren Discovery® is dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint. We believe that no effort is too small and that the accumulation of every little effort is what makes the largest impact. We continuously strive to research, integrate, and improve our practices and procedures. We are eager to implement new developments and discoveries designed to ensure biodiversity, sustainability, and ecological integrity for generations to come. What is Epicuren®'s participation in the global market place?

At Epicuren Discovery®, we strongly believe in Fair Trade Social Awareness. The intention of Fair Trade is to import goods and raw materials from developing countries so that they may improve their quality of life, economic status, and financial independence in the world. Since becoming involved in Fair Trade, we have already seen numerous communities rebuild their neighborhoods by offering more stable living conditions, creating and building clean water systems, and constructing schools to provide safe learning environments for children.

What is your return policy? At Epicuren®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Epicuren.com purchase, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or product replacement.
You may return opened products within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping as long as less than 30% of the product has been used.
Items that are Not Refundable:
Products without original packaging
Products where 30% or more have been used
Products purchased more than 30 days from date of return request

Epicuren® reserves the right, in its sole discretion to determine the acceptability of all returns.
Contact our Returns Department at returns@epicuren.com or contact our Customer Service Team at 800.235.1217, Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm PST and we will happily assist you. A customer service representative will provide you with a return authorization number for your records and for the return package.
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
Once you have received your return authorization number, you may send your product and receipt back to the following address:

Return Shipping Labels:
Epicuren® will provide a return shipping label for the following situations:
Incorrect products were shipped
Products received were damaged
Products received were defective

Freight costs for all other returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returning Items Purchased From Other Sellers:
If the item to be returned was not sold by Epicuren®, you will need to contact the seller where you purchased the products for the return.
Please note, a valid receipt from epicuren.com is required for all returns.This policy is subject to change at anytime without notice.
